*It is recommended to proceed with the arrangements promptly, as there may be instances where the Visa issuance process takes some time.
Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please refer to the following website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to know if you need to obtain a visa and the visa application procedures.

We will provide the documents for visa applications to presenters at this conference who need to apply for the visa to enter Japan.
To receive Visa support, participation registration, abstract submission, and acceptance of your abstract for this conference are mandatory.
* Participation registration includes completion of the participation fee payment.

Length of stay that we can support
Maximum 6 days (3 meeting days + 3 days)
We are unable to support stays in Japan exceeding 6 days.
How to apply visa support
If you wish to obtain visa support documents from the conference, please apply using the form below.
* If only a letter of invitation is needed and the full set of visa support documents is not required, we can issue just the invitation letter.

* The documents will be sent to those who request on a first-come-first-served basis.
* If you are unable to obtain a visa and cancel your conference registration, cancellation policy will still apply.
* Organizing Committee will issue visa support documents, but this does not guarantee that you will receive a visa.
